Families of prospective campers are encouraged to visit camp. Please contact Brian at [email protected] to arrange a tour.
Prospective staff are likewise encouraged to visit in person to form an impression of our campus, facilities, and philosophy. E-mail [email protected] if you’ve already applied online and are interested in a tour.
Former staff and campers are all also encouraged to maintain their connections to the camp family by visiting us on Long Pond. From late May until mid-October, we have residential programs in session. During these months, folks with a prior connection to camp are encouraged to reconnect by participating in one of our Alumni or Community Events, such as Patch Sprint, Camp Reunions, or Fall Friends Weekend. From mid October until the end of May, camp is quieter and we have more flexibility in when we can welcome guests.
Regardless of when you time your visit, we need to know who is on camp. Unless you are registered for a specific event, please fill out the online Visitor’s Form at least one week prior to your proposed arrival in order to receive permission to visit.
- Visitors must be either at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- All visitors are required to check in at the Office upon arrival. While programs are in session, you will be asked to wear a Visitor’s Badge at all times.
- All visitors are required to abide by all camp rules.
- Overnight visitors are expected to make a tangible contribution to the camp community (helping with community projects, assisting in the kitchen, etc.).
