The first full day of the second session of camp saw the entire boys camp leave Pok-O-MacCready, bound for the wilderness. Trips range from technical slide climbs in the Adirondack high peaks, to boating excursions and shorter hikes.
“I’m really looking forward to hiking,” exulted Tilden, as he headed out on a trip up Rattlesnake Mountain.
Tune in tomorrow for trip reports and additional photos (CLICK HERE to see a full list of 2016 summer wilderness trips).
While the boys are away, the girls will play. And learn. Class activities opened up for the session as girls have two morning periods, and two more in the afternoon. Upon their return from hikes, the boys will start classes Thursday. Check back tomorrow as we post a full camper class list.
