The lake was a popular spot Saturday morning as campers took part in the summer’s first club periods.
Weekend clubs offer kids a break from their fixed weekday class schedule. Some of the offerings are merely extra periods of normal activities; for example, campers in the play take advantage of having extra rehearsal time. In other cases, kids get a chance to try out a class they don’t normally take.
