The finale at Thursday night’s Moonshiner skit night was put on by Pok-O-Moonshine’s Advanced Section. “I came up with the idea,” said section head Tyler Downey, “but the kids took it and ran with it.”
The skit was an impromptu ballroom dance. The boys, clad in dress shirts and bow ties, began dancing solo, before inviting unknowing members of from MacCready’s C.I.T. section to join. It unfolded like this:
“I tried to stay deadpan,” said Owen, of the ADV. As for their part, the C.I.T.’s “were totally game for it,” according to Caroline. So too, apparently, was the rest of camp, as soon everyone was joining in on the dancing:
