As part of their regular Thursday “International Night” dinners, the kitchen staff went Japanese last night serving up far east cuisine.
The menu included Soup (soy flavored); Udon noodles; spicy salad; and, of course, Sushi. In this case, the sushi was homemade California rolls, along with ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.
On past Thursdays this summer, the kitchen has served up dishes from Cuba. Morocco and India.
