Long Range Planning Board

    Formed in 2003, The LONG RANGE PLANNING BOARD is comprised of selected camp alumni and parents.  The purpose of the board is to promote camp to outsiders, while proposing new ideas and changing concepts designed for the betterment of Pok-O-MacCready.

     In addition to the membership, the Swan family serves as an Advisory Board.

LAST L.R.P.B. MEETING was held August 24, 2008 at Pok-O-MacCready.  Topics of discussion included:  Camper enrollment and retention;  New programs.  Drew Canning, chairman of the facilities committee, outlined the building plan for the next few years, which includes a new climbing tower, continued improvements to existing facilities, and a plan for a new entrance corridor to the boys’ camp.
