TRIP INFORMATION

At Pok-O-MacCready, our tripping and wilderness adventure program is our oldest and most storied tradition.  It is one of the two programs of which we are most proud, and each year we try to improve upon the diversity and frequency of our previous year’s adventure program.

The illustrious Advanced Section before their two-nighter in the Sewards, ending at Averyville Road in Lake Placid.

In 2004, Pok-O will send out approximately 5 Super Marcy trips, a greuling 4-day expedition, in which campers will literally walk from the stone pillars at Camp’s entrance to the summit of New York’s tallest peak, and back down to Keene Valley.  Super Marcy is only done once in each five years, so it is an honor for campers to be able to participate.
