Porter and Cascade 6/29/04

On June 29, Kent Allen, Balke Barker, Daniel Bracho, Joey Gigantielloe, Devin Hall, Alex Jones, Ted Mateoc, and Taylor Terenzi climbed Porter and Cascade, accompanied by counselors Aaron Herman and Jon Sasmor.  First, they hiked uphill to the top of PorterMountain, where they rested for a snack.  Next, they hiked over to the CascadeMountain summit, where they enjoyed the panoramic view during lunch and a rest hour.  They finished by zooming back down the mountain.  By the end of the day, everyone hiked 6.2 miles.  This hike was the first two 46rs climbed by 6 campers.
