Mt. Van Hoevenberg Bike Trip -- 7/10/04

Trip Leader: Mountain Biking Specialist Bradley Gasawski

by Gabriel Orozco

We went to Mt. Hornburg (Editor’s note: While a nice name for a mountain, there was no bike trip to Mt. Hornburg).  Got our bikes off the trailer.

Then we went on the trail.

Then there was a drop.

And we went up a hill.

Then we went on a forest trail.

And then there was a jump.

Then I almost fell.

Mt. Van Hoevenberg Bike Trip -- 7/10/04 -- Alternate Trip Report

by Heidi Taggart

On Saturday, 6-7 people went on a trip.  We we mountain biking!  It was a lot of fun.  We got out of camp for a while and had fun!  It was hard but the view was worth it when we got higher up.  There was an obstacle course the we could go on that had a couple jumps and logs.  There was also a teeter-totter.  There were harder courses but Brad wouldn’t let us on them.  This trip is a lot of fun so I recommend it for the avid biker.
