The masses have departed. But more are on the way!
Camp’s first session- the four-week session concluded Sunday with some 140 boys and girls headed home for family vacations, time on the computer or just general hanging out.
Those staying for the full season have had a bit of vacation themselves: Yesterday the beach and today at the Great Escape Six Flags amusement park in Lake George (right).
Meantime, much of the camp staff is taking the opportunity to do some midsummer improvements. At left, Billy and “Squeaky” are helping to build new benches at scenic Intermediate Point.
For those campers sticking around for the whole summer, as well as the 100 or so arriving Tuesday morning, there’s plenty to look forward to:
