Adorable, spirited; MacCready’s future But this is no group of pampered young girls. Lodge activities so far in 2005 include overnight camp outs, boat trips and a variety of sports. You can find Lodge girls winning horse show ribbons and on top of mountains, and their hard work was vital to the success of the camp drama production. With the help of Section Head Fiona Dubuss, the members of the section look back on the first four weeks of camp. We have a fabulous group of girls this summer. They are full of incredible energy, which is evident as soon as Anna Hector: “All the section activities and that we’re getting a cabin party.” Hannah Karp: “Emma and Crystal” (her cabin-mates) Emma McCabe: “Being the youngest, so everyone likes us!” Chiara” Any place with Hannah Karp has got to be a fun place. Jenna Zimmerman: “Meeting new friends.” With a new group of girls arriving for the second session, there is definitely a different dynamic. As seven-weeker Hannah Karp said, “So far it’s pretty cool.” Emma McCabe, who left camp having earned the section’s MacCready “M” and Spirit Award summed up her experience in Lodge like this: “The best thing ever!” |
