BEFORE YOU APPLY

There are a number of steps many parents choose to take when applying.  Here are some of the most common.

• Camp Visits -- Come to Pok-O-MacCready during the summer and see the action!  July 4 is a particularly fun day to visit in order to see the crazed excitement of our Revolutionary War Game.  Please call to set up at Camp Tour! Camp tours are great any time, even when the summer is over.

• Open Houses -- Come to one of the Pok-O-MacCready Open Houses before the summer in order to meet the directors, current campers, staff, and alumni!  Whether you are a new camper, prospective camper, or current camper, the Open Houses are great fun and extremely informative!  Click here for more information.

• Home Visits -- We are more than happy to travel to any location in the Northeast United States and Quebec in order to meet your family and talk in detail about Pok-O.  Please call to set up an appointment!

• Camp Fairs -- We attend a number of Camp Fairs in the Northeast every year.  Come visit our booth and meet the Directors!  Most Camp Fairs occur during January and February.

• Phone Calls -- Admissions Director Sarah Disney is nearly always on the other end of the telephone at (800) 982-3538 in order to schedule a home visit, answer questions about availability, tuition, and any other questions about camp.

Download a PDF version of the 2010 application HERE.  You may then print the file, fill it out by hand, and send it back to us.  Please make sure to fill in both pages of the form completely.  You may also register online here and pay the deposit via credit card as well.

AFTER YOU APPLY

Once you send in your application with a $900 registration fee, you will receive a confirmation postcard for your child’s spot at Pok-O-MacCready for the upcoming summer. 

As the summer draws nearer, you will receive mailings in April, May, and June with information on transportation, medical forms, packing lists, and billing.  This information will also be posted on the For Parents page, along with other news.
