Both the boys’ and girls’ camps are subdivided into age groups called sections. Campers spend a lot of time with their sections, especially during section activities. In the boys’ camp, these can be during the afternoon or evening, whereas in the girls’ camp they are only in the evenings. Our counselors work hard to create fun and unique games for each age group, and section activities are some of the most popular events at camp!

The Intermediate girls prepare for an intense game of Black Line.

The Senior Boys had races in cardboard boats!

Each section has their own fire circle perfect for roasting marshmallows.

Many of these creative and sometimes wacky activities have been at camp for decades, and new games are dreamed up each summer. Some favorites include Grease the Watermelon, Quidditch, Human Foosball, Low Ropes Course, Blackline, Tie Dye, Roasting Marshmallows, Drip Drip Splash, Co-eds, Chang Ball, and Pok-O Spirits...just to name a few!

Section activities are also opportunities for campers to try out activities they do not take as classes during the day, such as Rock Climbing, Pottery, Boating, or Arts & Crafts. Our specialists in each of these areas create evening programs to suit the needs of each age group. Even if campers do enjoy these activities during classes, it is always a special treat to do them with a whole group of friends and counselors!
