Since 2006, the 46-in-a-Day has served as a fund raiser for the Adirondack Scholarship Foundation. Last year, $450.00 was raised by climbers and friends; the goal for 2007 is $900.00.

   The Adirondack Scholarship Foundation, founded over 20 years ago, is responsible for providing funds to families of children hoping to enjoy a summer camping experience.  Pok-O-MacCready Camps annually offers this special opportunity to several individuals. 

   To participate in the 2007 46-in-a-Day and receive complimentary lodging, meals and a souvenir water bottle, each climber is asked to make a donation.
